Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Realtor ✱guiding my clients to make the right decision at the right time ✱860-463-5596
I show sellers and buyers how to achieve their real estate goals by providing expert guidance as I walk them through the sell/buy process one step at a time.
I have the delightful experience of seeing their smiles when my amazing clients buy a house they didn’t think they could afford or sell their home with integrity at fair market price. My clients include:
►Relocating for work or retirement
►Investors
►First Time Buyers
►Business Owners with families needing more rooms
►Boomers ready to downsize
WHY IT WORKS: You get a real time real estate consultant who helps you avoid second guessing or making the wrong move. My style is emphatic and patience while you consider all your options. I promise my clients to be up front with them even discouraging a wrong move at the wrong time.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT
It’s a special skill to be an awesome negotiator whose past experience includes construction management bringing in multi-million dollar projects in on time at or below budget. I make the complex and complicated simple and easy to understand.
WHAT OTHERS SAY:
"As a first time home buyer unaware of the processes and steps required with a real estate purchase, Yolanda is the person you want to have representing you. Not only does she know the steps involved, she explains them in easy to understand terms. She also knows what to look out for in every step of the process and ways of bringing the final cost down."
Bruno Matarazzo, Jr.
HOW IT WORKS: When you work with me you get much more than mere numbers. I walk with my clients through the entire process of one of the largest most important financial and emotional decisions most people make in their lives. I start by personally interviewing all parties involved listening to their needs and wants. Together we distinguish between "have to have’s" and "would be nice to have." I facilitate couples coming to agreement so the process is peaceful and harmonious
